This island in Patagonia occupies a special place in Chile, thanks to its geographical location and isolation. Its landscapes are reminiscent of Ireland, and its greenery gives it an unusual edge.

Its unique taste is slightly aniseed. Because of the ubiquitousulmo throughout Patagonia, the taste of aniseed is accentuated. There are also sweet notes of caramel.
Tépu honey has a fine crystallization. It is quite stealthy on the palate, but very enjoyable. As a result, it is one of the sweet honeys that can easily be spread for breakfast in the morning. It also keeps well.
