Our Wild Thyme honey is one of our selection of rare and original honeys. It is a specific white mountain thyme honey.
It was harvested in 2024 in the Moncayo Regional Nature Park in the province of Aragon. Harvested at an altitude of over 1,000 meters, it draws its originality from its terroir.
