Le Comptoir du miel is a family business founded by Anne Mella in 1987, which has developed around honey and beehive products, while retaining a human and ethical dimension .
Le Comptoir du Miel works with a network of beekeepers with whom it has built up a bond of trust over many years, and is always curious about new discoveries, prompting it to seek out honeys from further and further afield.
The choice of honeys is guided by their gustatory interest, originality or typicality. Some varieties are harvested regularly and can be offered every year, while others come from rare and ephemeral harvests, and will be offered occasionally throughout the year.
Originally established on local marketplaces, Anne Mella has developed its presence in France. This has led to the successive creation of a number of sales outlets in France, including :
