Our gingerbread is made in the department of Tarn by our local beekeeper.
It keeps well in its cardboard box. Already sliced, it’s ideal to take away for a snack or a quick snack.
Ingredients: glucose-fructose syrup, rye flour , honey (8%), aniseed, cinnamon, baking powders (potassium, ammonium and sodium bicarbonate). Made in a workshop using wheat and nuts.
