The raspberry is native to Europe and Asia.<\/p>\n

Wild raspberry honey is an exceptional harvest. It is harvested mainly in the bright undergrowth of the mid-mountain<\/strong><\/a> (average altitude 1,000 m). That’s why so much of it can be found in Romania’s Carpathian Mountains. Romania is a country of low-altitude mountains. Canada is also a major producer of raspberry honeys, thanks in particular to its vast wilderness. <\/p>\n

Its production is highly uncertain and unable to meet the ever-increasing demand from discerning consumers. Nevertheless, it is used in the production of polyfloral honeys from high and medium mountain honeys<\/strong><\/a>. For example, our high-mountain honey is mainly made from raspberry. The white clover<\/strong><\/a>rhododendron<\/strong> and bramble<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

The taste and preservation of raspberry honey:<\/h2>\n

It is highly appreciated for its strong floral flavors. Especially by chefs chefs<\/strong> <\/a>especially for desserts. <\/p>\n

Raspberry honey is brown-orange in color, turning light orange as it crystallizes.<\/p>\n

Its taste is subtle and suave, relatively unscented but with characteristic raspberry notes.<\/p>\n

It’s a relatively fragile honey, so don’t keep it too long.<\/p>\n

The properties of raspberry :<\/h2>\n

Raspberries contain over 80% water.<\/p>\n

Raspberry is effective against rheumatism, thanks to the presence of salicylic<\/a> acid, which has anti-inflammatory effects. It can therefore be consumed in large quantities. In the event of a gout attack, its flavonoids neutralize uric acid and help dissolve the small crystals responsible for sudden joint pain in the fingers, ankle or knee. <\/p>\n

The little berry is also rich in polyphenols and tannins. A recent rat study shows that these valuable nutrients inhibit the activity of osteoclasts, the cells responsible for bone degradation. Perfect for preventing the risk of osteoporosis after the age of 50. <\/p>\n

High in fiber, it is very low in calories. It contains ketones, which prevent the assimilation of fats and have an appetite-suppressant effect. <\/p>\n

It is also one of the richest fruits in iron.<\/p>\n
