Harvested in the Lake Ranco<\/strong> region of Ri\u00f1inahue, Ulmo honey has a very fruity flavour. fruity<\/strong> <\/a>and flowery, reminiscent of aniseed<\/strong><\/a>. Its color is pale brown tending towards yellow. It is light in color when liquid. It then turns straw-yellow as it crystallizes rapidly.
