Miel d’Acacia de France is harvested in the plains of the Ain<\/strong> department. In France, Acacia honey harvests are becoming rarer every year. In fact, the flowering period is extremely short. This makes harvesting very uncertain. What’s more, in May, when the acacias<\/strong> <\/a>are in bloom, the temperature needs to be over 11\u00b0 and the nights not too cool. Finally, the weather has to be kind! This makes for a particularly rare harvest. This year, we’re offering you an exceptionally pure harvest. <\/p>\n

The taste, smell and preservation of acacia honey from France:<\/h2>\n

Acacia honey is one of the sweet honeys<\/strong><\/a>. Its fine, delicate aroma goes perfectly with desserts<\/strong> or pancakes<\/strong>. In cooking<\/strong><\/a>acacia honey can also be used on cooked dishes, such as the famous magret de canard au miel d’acacia (duck breast with acacia honey), or to perfect sweet and savory sauces. <\/p>\n

It can be used as a breakfast tea in the morning or as an herbal tea<\/strong> in the evening. Its high fructose<\/strong> content means it will remain liquid for a long time. Its clear, almost transparent color makes it an exceptional honey. <\/p>\n

It’s a honey that keeps very well without special conditions.<\/p>\n
