Our dandelion<\/strong> honey is produced in the Limousin region by our beekeeper<\/strong> <\/a>beekeeper. It comes from our French terroirs. <\/p>\n

Le Limousin<\/strong><\/a> is home to a number of nature parks with extensive flora and fauna. Bees are therefore protected by these nature reserves. <\/p>\n

This is where the dandelion blooms as far as the eye can see. The hives are ideally situated to produce this artisanal honey, which can be enjoyed at any time of day. <\/p>\n

The apiaries are set up in the heart meadows<\/strong><\/a>the bees dance freely from flower to flower, collecting the nectar that gives them their astringent taste.<\/p>\n

This honey comes from our French terroirs.<\/p>\n

Harvesting dandelion honey:<\/h1>\n

Dandelion grows at altitudes of up to 2,100 meters and flowers from March to November. Its yellow flowers can reach 40 cm in height. The first harvests can be made as early as May, depending on altitude. And, of course, if the weather conditions are right. When harvested, the honey is bright yellow. It crystallizes fairly quickly and generally coarsely, while retaining its yellow color. This is why we work the honey to give it a creamier consistency. creamy<\/strong> <\/a>
\nThe plant is generally used for depuration and drainage, and is said to have choleretic, cholagogue and diuretic properties. <\/p>\n
