What is Ashwagandha ginseng :<\/h2>\n

Ashwagandha<\/strong><\/a>also known by its scientific name Withania somnifera<\/strong>, is a medicinal plant with a long history of use in traditional Indian medicine, Ayurveda. It is native to the Mediterranean region, India and parts of Africa.
\nIts root extract is a tonic that has been used for centuries and is highly reputed in Ayurvedic medicine. In Sanskrit, \u201cAshwagandha\u201d is associated with the words \u201cstrong as a horse\u201d, referring to the plant’s revitalizing and fortifying properties. Its botanical name \u201csomnifera\u201d, on the other hand, refers to its ability to induce sleep. <\/p>\n

Ashwagandha is a plant in the Solanaceae family. It is part of India<\/strong>‘s traditional ayurvedic pharmacopoeia. So it’s an essential plant in Asia! <\/p>\n

The benefits of honey and Ashwagandha ginseng :<\/h2>\n

Honey and Ashwagandha ginseng is recognized for its multiple benefits:
