The pollen is an excellent regulator of transit intestinal transit, blood pressure blood system. It contains group B and P vitamins, as well as keratin (excellent for preventing hair and nail loss). It is also said to activate serotonin (against temporary depression).
Protein food flower pollen is consumed at a rate of one to three spoonfuls every morning as a two- to three-month course of treatment.
